Panic Attacks Disorder – Don’t Let them Hijack your Life
My name is Jason Kluber, and I used to suffer from panic attacks disorder. I still remember those bouts of incomprehensible fear, the racing heartbeats that felt like someone was hammering away inside my chest, the shortness of breath that left me gasping and struggling, the unsteadiness in my legs as I tried to walk, the weakness in my knees that threatened to give away any moment, my complete lack of confidence in the ability to do the simplest things like driving to the grocery shop or walking the dog…those were truly the bad, no, the worst days of my life.
But today, I can look back at all of that and say to myself that those dark days are over. Sometimes, when I am in a brighter mood, I even attempt to laugh at myself; but then, I stop just in time and tell myself that panic attacks are no laughing matter. They can cripple your life in ways unimaginable. The simplest, basest, and most common activities become insurmountable obstacles, and you begin to live in perpetual fear.
I was able to come out of it thanks to timely guidance, but I realized that there were a lot of people out there who may not be that lucky, who may be wandering about directionless. In an attempt to help them, I put together this website, determined to offer the best possible resources and information on panic attacks, it’s symptoms, and most importantly cure and treatment for panic attacks.
When I say treatment, I mean the kind of stuff that really works, not half baked self help techniques that help you “deal” with the problem in an immature manner. I am talking about treatments that are scientifically backed and offer proven results, like the Panic Away Program by Joe Barry.
This guy is like one of us. He, too, suffered from anxiety disorders for a really long time but after much perseverance and research, he came up with this technique that helped him overcome panic attacks for good. He calls it the One Move Technique and it is outlined in his Panic Away program. Today, he is among the most respected authorities on panic attacks disorder, and when he talks even doctors sit up and pay attention.
Here’s his website. It does warrant a closer look:
Coming back to what I was saying, Panic Disorder is one of the 5 Anxiety Disorders. They are:
1. Social Anxiety Disorder
2. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
3. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
4. Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and finally,
5. Panic Disorder
A lot of people tend to confuse anxiety disorder with phobias, or fear of a known thing. However, anxiety disorder is a fear of the unknown. When you have a panic attack, you never really know what is causing the fear. Phobias are comparatively easier to deal with, since you already know what you are frightened of. In panic attacks, it’s almost like you are fighting an unknown enemy.
That’s why panic attacks treatment can be so tricky. How do you fight something you can’t see or you know nothing about? How do you kill a fear that seems to be rooted in nothing?
Part of this website is dedicated to looking at the best known treatments for this condition. I have looked at some of the most popular programs available online and tried to review them to the best of my ability.
Among the programs reviewed here is the Panic Away Program. It ranks as the number one program, based on user surveys and feedback. Thousands of people have benefitted from this program and they are now living a panic free normal life. Joe Barry is confident that his One Move technique will work on anyone and everyone and he’s backed up his claim with an 8-week money back guarantee.
Unlike other people, Joe Barry doesn’t tell you to hide your fears deep down inside you or ignore it like an Ostrich. Quite the opposite, in fact. He asks you to face them, challenge them and call their bluff. It’s like dealing with a bully. The more you run away, the more he makes life miserable for you. But, the moment you turn around, clench your fists, look him in the eye, and challenge him, he takes off. This program literally teaches you to chase panic away.
